Elementary School for the period from 01.05.1989 to 01.05.1999 during which the petitioner worked as Selection Grade Teacher and for the period from 02.05.1999 to 24.09.2009 when the petitioner worked as Secondary Grade Teacher, as per G.O.Ms.58 dated 24.07.2014 (ADW). O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the first respondent to receive back the application of the petitioner in Letter No.139 of 206 dated 21.08.2018 and to grant the difference of salaries to the petitioner as that of Head Master of Elementary School for the period from 01.05.1989 to 01.05.1999 during which the petitioner worked as Selection Grade Teacher and for the period from 02.05.1999 to 24.09.2009 when the petitioner worked as Secondary Grade Teacher, as per G.O.Ms.58 dated 24.07.2014 (ADW).

2. Heard the learned counsel on both sides and perused the materials available on record.

3. This Court, without expressing any opinion on merits of the present petition, directs the petitioner to make an application to the concerned respondent within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On such representation being made, the concerned respondent is directed to consider the application of the petitioner and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of two months therefrom.

4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
