This Criminal Original Petition is filed to quash the criminal complaint filed by the wife against the husband and in-laws alleging cruelty and breach of trust.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner referring the interim order granted by this Court in the quash petition filed by the other accused and the civil suit is pending between the parties alleged that it is a concocted case to harass the petitioner herein who have already filed petition for divorce.

However, from the statement of witnesses and the documents, this Court finds that there is a prima facie material to frame charge as against this petitioner regarding breach of trust and cruelty. Hence this Criminal Original Petition to quash filed by the 1st accused is dismissed. Consequently, the connected Criminal Miscellaneous Petitions are also 2/4
dismissed. The personal appearance of the petitioner shall be dispensed with till the disposal of the quash petition filed by the co-accused. 18.12.2023 Netural Citation:yes/no rpl To:
