O R D E R

This Court by an earlier order dated 14.02.2022 had referred the matter to the Mediation Centre attached to the Court to amicably resolve the disputes between the parties. The report dated 10.03.2022 has been received from the Mediation Centre along with the settlement agreement dated 10.03.2022 signed by the parties, which are placed on record.

Learned Counsel for both sides state that in accordance with the aforesaid settlement arrived between the parties, the Petitioner has paid the sum of Rs. 1,10,000/- to the First Respondent and nothing remains for further consideration in the matter.

In fine, the Writ Petition is disposed. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
