A.No.5288 of 2023 has been filed to recall PW1 for further cross examination.

3. The learned counsel for the respondents has strongly opposed to allow these applications.

4. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavits filed in support of these applications and in the interest of justice, these applications are allowed.
