This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the second respondent to recover the case properties in Crime No.21 of 2015 on the file of the All women Police Station (East) Coimbatore City.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the investigation in Crime No.21 of 2015 was completed by the police and a charge sheet was filed in C.C.No.14 of 2016 before the Additional Mahila Court, Coimbatore and the accused have filed Crl.OP.No.19518 of 2016 for quashing the charge sheet and the same is pending before this Court.

3. In view of the aforesaid developments, the prayer sought by the petitioner cannot be granted. Hence, this petition is closed.
