Crl.M.P.No.16236 of 2022 Crl.M.P.No.16236 of 2022 in Crl.OP.No.24101 of 2022 A.D.JAGADISH CHANDIRA, J., This petition has been filed to modify the condition that the petitioner on his release from prison shall stay at Kalpakkam and report before the Inspector of Police, Kalpakkam Police Station twice daily at 10.30 a.m and 5.30 p.m for a period of four weeks and thereafter report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders imposed in Crl.O.P.No.24101 of 2022 by order dated 30.09.2022.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for modification of the condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) would also submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions.

4. In view of the above submissions, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.24101 of 2022 by an order dated 30.09.2022, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Kallakurichi daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

5. With the above directions, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
