This Writ Petition is filed to direct the second respondent to take further action pertains to petitioner's complaint dated 19.07.2019.

2. In connection with the issue involved in the petitioner's complaint, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent submitted that the First Information Report has already been registered in Crime No.1 of 2018 on 13.02.2018 under Sections 120B, 420 IPC and Section 5 of TNPID Act.
