Respondents Prayer : Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing respondents 1 to 3 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 19.06.2025 and 16.07.2025 to sub-divide the agricultural pathway and cart track and to mention the 1/4

pathway in the revenue records for the above survey No.122/1 to survey No.122/2, situated in Veerappanayakkanpatti Village, Harur Taluk, Dharmapuri District, within a reasonable time frame to be fixed by this Court.

ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for direction to respondents 1 to 3 to consider the petitioner's representations dated 19.06.2025 and 16.07.2025 to sub-divide the agricultural pathway and cart track and to mention the pathway in the revenue records for the above survey No.122/1 to survey No.122/2, situated in Veerappanayakkanpatti Village, Harur Taluk, Dharmapuri District, within a reasonable time frame to be fixed by this Court.

2. Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, 2/4

the second respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representations dated 19.06.2025 and 16.07.2025 and, after issuance of notice to the petitioner and counter parties, if there are, and giving them opportunity of personal hearing, to pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of this order.

3. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
