[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] Seeking a direction to respondents 1 and 2 to produce the corpus or body of the petitioner's daughter, namely, Nivetha, aged 17 1⁄2 years, before this Court from the custody of the third respondent and to hand over to the petitioner, the present Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed.
