(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Petition has been filed seeking issuance of direction to the respondents to construct a rain water drainage, expressing water logging issues. The petitioner has also made a representation dated 04.12.2024.

2. Construction of drainage is essentially a matter which is required to be looked into by the concerned authorities/ local bodies.

3. Let the representation be considered by the authorities concerned and necessary action be taken. The petition stands disposed of. There will be no order as to costs.
