Crl.M.P.No.16188 of 2022 Crl.M.P.No.16188 of 2022 in Crl.OP.No.23843 of 2022 A.D.JAGADISH CHANDIRA, J., This petition has been filed to modify the condition that the petitioner on his release from prison shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m. and 5.30 pm for a period of 6 weeks and thereafter as and when required imposed in Crl.O.P.No.23843 of 2022 by order dated 11.10.2022.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) would also submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions.

4. In view of the above submissions, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.23843 of 2022 by an order dated 11.10.2022, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Kallakurichi everyday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of six weeks and thereafter as and when required.

5. With the above directions, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
