2. In such view of the matter, we are inclined to dismiss the above civil miscellaneous appeal for non prosecution and accordingly, the same is dismissed. However, liberty is given to file an application for restoration within time, if so advised. No costs.
Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
