ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to file the final report based on the enquiry conducted by the respondent in FIR No.286 of 2016 based on the complaint given by the petitioner on 13.12.2014 on the file of the respondent.

2. It is seen that the investigation in Crime No.286 of 2016 is pending on the file of the respondent police. Now, almost four years have been lapsed.
