ORDER

The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner is a social activist and he has the present writ petition seeking a direction to the respondents 1 to 9 to issue suitable direction to the concerned authorities to safeguard the temples and its properties more fully mentioned in the petitioner's representation by considering his representation dated 04.04.2024.

2. The Petitioner/Party-in-person prayed that this Court may issue a direction to the 15-18th respondents to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's representation dated 04.04.2024 within the stipulated time frame as fixed by this Court.

3. In this regard, the learned Additional Government Pleader (HR & CE) submitted that the 15th respondent will take necessary steps to recover the temple properties.

4. Heard, the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned Government counsel appearing for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and in view of the limited request sought for by the petitioner, this Court directs the 15th respondent to consider and pass orders on the petitioners representation dated 04.04.2024 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. The writ petition is disposed of with the above directions. There shall be no order as to costs.
