O R D E R

This writ petition is filed for a mandamus, to conclude the enquiry with reference to the petitioner's representation dated 20.09.2023. Upon hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner and perusing the said representation, it can be seen that it is in the nature of a complaint as against the third respondent, who is a public servant with reference to the acquisition of a property by his mother.

When the matter came up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the representation of the petitioner has been forwarded to concerned department for gathering the factual 2/4

details and upon receipt of the information, action in accordance with law will be further taken.

In view of the above, the concerned department shall forward the requisite information to the first respondent within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of the order. 5.

Accordingly, this writ petition stands disposed of. Consequently, connected writ miscellaneous petition, if any stands closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
