This petition has been filed to order substituted service of notice in CMA No.1554 of 2025 on the 2nd respondent in one issue of Tamil daily MAKKAL KURAL having circulation in Chennai.

3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the petitioner is permitted to effect paper publication in one issue of "MAKKAL KURAL" Tamil daily in the Chennai Edition mentioning the date of hearing as 24.09.2025.

Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
