This Petition has been filed to enlarge the Petitioners/Accused on anticipatory bail in the event of their arrest in Crime Number.03/2023, pending investigation on the file of the Inspector of Police, W-23, Royapettah All Women Police Station, Chennai.

2.Heard the learned counsel on either sides.

3.After hearing the learned counsel for the Intervener, the learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

4.In view of the submissions and the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the Petitioner, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty to the Petitioner to file appropriate application before the Court, concerned.
