The petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed in the para no.7(a) of order in Crl.O.P.No.18762 of 2024 dated 07.08.2024 by this Court.

Considering the representation made by both sides and considering the fact the petitioner has not executed the sureties so far and already an application was filed for extension of time for execution of sureties and today, time was also granted for the execution of sureties by this Court and hence, at this stage, this petition stands premature. Therefore, this petition is dismissed.
