This petition has been filed to relax the conditions the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on alternative days at 10.30 am for a period of three months and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.12364 of 2024 order dated 11.06.2024 on the file of this Court.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) and the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the fact that investigation is complete and taking into consideration the other aspects, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed as against the petitioner to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every first day of English Calendar month for a period of three months. Accordingly, ordered.
