Crl.O.P.No.8368 of 2016 K.KALYANASUNDARAM.J., The petitioner apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 279, 337, 338 and 304 of IPC, in Crime No.195 of 2016, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The earlier application filed by the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.6816 of 2016 was dismissed by this Court on 28.03.2016. I do not find any change of circumstances.

Hence, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
