Respondents Prayer:-Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying this Court to issue a writ of mandamus, directing the first respondent to pass final orders in the departmental proceedings initiated against the petitioner pursuant to the issuance of the second show cause notice in Government Letter No.47647/Nidhi(Ka.Ka.2) Department/2017/12 dated 03.06.2022 within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

O RDER This writ petition has been filed seeking for a limited relief.
2. Departmental proceedings have already been initiated against the petitioner. The petitioner also submitted a reply to the show cause notice dated 03.06.2022 and he has also participated in the enquiry. The petitioner seeks for early conclusion of the enquiry proceedings in this writ petition.
3. Heard Mr.M.Elumalai, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.V.Ravi, learned Special Government Pleader accepts notice on behalf of the first respondent and Mr.L.S.M.Hasan Fizal, learned Additional Government Pleader accepts notice on behalf of the second respondent. By consent of both the parties, the main writ petition has been taken up for final disposal.
4. No prejudice would be caused if the respondents are directed to conclude the enquiry proceedings and submit the enquiry report within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
5. For the foregoing reasons, this Court directs the first respondent to pass final order in the enquiry proceedings pursuant to the show cause notice issued by them on 03.06.2022 within a period of four months from the date of 2/4
receipt of a copy of this order.
With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
