This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the Proceedings of the first respondent made in A.2/1748/2017, dated 30/6/2017.

2. Heard Mr.Harikrishnan, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr.S.Vinoth Kumar, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) for the respondents 1 and 2 and Mr.L.Infant Dinesh for the third respondent.

Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner produced a copy of an order, dated 27/8/2021, made in W.P.No.7211 of 2021, and submitted that nothing survives for further adjudication in this matter, since this Court had directed the parties to establish their title before the Civil Court.

4. In such a view of the matter, since nothing survives for further adjudication in this matter, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
