This petition is filed to condone the delay of 344 days in filing the appeal.

Heard Mr.J.Ravindran, learned Additional Advocate General assisted by Mr.E.Veda Bagath Singh, learned Special Government Pleader for the petitioners and Mr.V.S.Jagadeesan, learned counsel for the respondent.

The delay is 344 days. Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and since there are no serious objections, the delay of 344 days in filing the appeal is condoned. Accordingly, the petition stands ordered.
