C.M.P.No. 20879 of 2022 in C.M.A.SR.No. 115564 of 2022 N.MALA,J, This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 1423 days in filing the above Civil Miscellaneous Appeal.
2. Mrs.S. Shanthakumari Rao, appeared on behalf of the respondent/Transport Corporation and she submits that the award amount has already been deposited before the Tribunal.
3. I have gone through the affidavit filed in support of this petition and I am satisfied with the reasons stated therein, therefore, the delay of 1423 days is condoned subject to the condition of forfeiture of interest for the delay period of 1423 days.
4. Registry is directed to number the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal, if it is otherwise in order and post the same for admission.
5. Registry is further directed to print the name of the respondent at the time of admission.
6. Accordingly, this CMP is ordered.
