On perusing the records, the Court finds that since one of the party is a practicing advocate in Saidapet Court, the Metropolitan Magistrate has thought fit to transfer the case to George Town Court and that has been considered, an administrative order been passed by the Chief Metropolitan Magistrate. The said procedure is in comity with the provision of the Court and therefore, this Court finds no error or illegality in the said order. Hence this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
