This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent herein not to harass the petitioner based on his representation dated 21.12.2021.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner is being unnecessarily called for enquiry by the second respondent Police and harassed. The petitioner is the Senior Citizen aged about 65 years old. The petitioner appeared for enquiry on 22.12.2021 and gave his explanation. Thereafter, the petitioner is being constantly harassed, he has also sent representation on 22.12.2021 to the Superintendent of Police.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on the complaint of one Murugesan, the petitioner's son Sathiskumar is needed. The petitioner's son has taken a loan from one Murugesan for a sum of Rs.2.5 lakhs and now the

petitioner's son was absconding. To ascertain the whereabouts of the said Sathiskumar, the petitioner was called for enquiry in CSR.No.1769 of 2021. The petitioner had appeared and gave his explanation which is recorded. Now, the petitioner is not required for enquiry.

4. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
