The petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., for a period of three months and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation imposed in Crl.O.P.No.15576 of 2024, dated 05.07.2024. .

Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner complied the condition for 45 days and that he has got three previous case, further investigation is almost completed.
