The Writ Petition has been filed, seeking to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 5 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 01.08.2022.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has given a representation to the respondents 1 to 5 on 15.04.2022 for taking action against the 6th respondent for preventing the villagers from worshipping deity in Karumarriamman Temple at Elandhakuttai.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that the representation of the petitioner is pending for consideration.

4. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, there shall be a direction to the respondents 1 to 5 to consider the representation made by the petitioner dated 01.08.2022 and pass orders on the same, within a 2/4

period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
