ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to register the case on the complaint of the petitioner dated 06.11.2020.

2.The grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner lodged a complaint to the respondent police on 06.11.2020, but no action has been taken.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submits that the petitioner's complaint has now been transferred and being enquired by the S5, Pallavaram Police Station.

4.The learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submitted that the petitioner is ready and willing to appear before the S5, Pallavaram Police Station, Pallavaram, on any https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

given date.

5.In view of the same, the petitioner is directed to appear before the S5, Pallavaram Police Station, Pallavaram along with the necessary documents available with him on 10.01.2022 and give his explanation and thereafter, the respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry and take action in accordance with law preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6.With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
