The learned counsel for the respondent/landlord/decree holder brings to my notice that even before filing of this Civil Revision Petition, possession was taken on 12.06.2017. Therefore, he would plead that nothing remains to be adjudicated in the revision.

2. Ms.G.Devi, learned counsel for the petitioner is not in a position to state as to whether any arrears of rent was paid or not.
