Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, praying to modify the conditional order passed in Crl.M.P.Nos.484 and 483 of 2016 dated 10.03.2016 on the file of the Principal Sessions Judge, Dharmapuri. For Petitioner : Mr.Durai Gunasekaran For Respondents: Mr.C.Emalias Additional Public Prosecutor COMMON ORDER The petitioner has come forward with these petitions seeking to modify the conditional order passed in Crl.M.P.Nos.484 and 483 of 2016 dated 10.03.2016 on the file of the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Dharmapuri stating that while he was enlarged on bail in Crl.M.P.Nos.484 and 483 of 2016, it was specifically stated that he has to execute bond for a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- along with two Government Surety for a likesum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Dharmapuri.

2.Status report has been called for by this Court from the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Dharmapuri vide order dated 20.04.2016. The report has been received and it shows that both cases in Crime Nos.96 and 97 of 1991 respectively, P.R.C.Nos.6 and 7 of 2010 respectively, has been only committed on 14.03.2016 which has been made over to the learned Assistant Sessions Judge, Dharmapuri and the cases have been posted on https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

28.04.2016 for framing of charges.

3.The offence is of the year 1991 and P.R.C.Nos.6 and 7 of 2010 have been pending for non-appearance of the accused/ petitioner herein and now only, he has appeared and then only it was committed. In such circumstances, I do not find any reason to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Dharmapuri.

4.At this juncture, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner wants earlier disposal of the case. 5.Considering the request made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the learned Assistant Sessions Judge, Dharmapuri is directed to dispose of the case within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order on day to day basis.

6.With the above directions, these Criminal Original Petitions are disposed of.
