The prayer is to direct the respondent Police to file final report in Crime No.5 of 2024.
2. When the matter came up for hearing, learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit the investigation is completed and the 1/4
final report is filed in E-filing No.LTN20230001431C20250020 dated 12.05.2025 before the Judicial Magistrate I, Tiruppur.
3. It is brought to the notice of this Court by the learned counsel for the petitioner that not only the filing which is made as early as on 12.05.2025 is kept pending, even before that, when an application was filed under section 105 of Code of Criminal Procedure, the same was also not taken on file and neither returned nor any order was passed on the petition also. In view of the submissions made, the learned Judicial Magistrate shall do well to take up the final report as well as the application for immediate consideration and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
