The contempt petition in Cont.P.No.790 of 2021 was closed on 09.09.2022.

2. Now the contempt petitioner wants to add the persons who allegedly are trying to encroach. These persons were not parties to the writ petition, even according to the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. In such an event, when no order was operating against those persons, it would not be a case of contempt. If the petitioner has any other remedy, or is aggrieved, he may take appropriate steps.

This application is disposed of.
