Ka. No. 4267/WSD/19 dated 09.09.2019 in so far as it relates to the appointment of C&F Agents and the direction to the wholesale distributors to get attached with the C&F Agents, and quash the same and subsequently direct the First and Second Respondents herein to continue the distribution of milk pouches through the wholesale distributors without any middle man in the form of C&F Agents.
