This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to bring on record the proposed respondents 6 to 9 herein as legal representatives of deceased 3rd respondent.

2. Mr.C.Deepak Kumar, learned counsel for petitioner/appellant submitted that pending appeal, the 3rd respondent died on 22.03.2020. Hence, he has filed the above petition.

3. Mr.P.Siddarthan, learned counsel for respondents 4 and 5 and Mr.M.Senthilkumar, learned counsel for 2nd respondent appeared and they have raised strong objections in allowing this petition.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances, and being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit, all the petitions are allowed. The proposed legal representatives of the 3rd respondent are impleaded as respondents 6 to 9 in the above Second Appeal.

5. Issue fresh notice to respondents 6 and 8 through court returnable by 13.09.2023. Private notice is also permitted.

6. The learned counsel for appellant is directed to pay batta within 3 days.

7. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the cause title and post the matter on 13.09.2023.
