ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed to quash the charge-sheet in C.C.No.108 of 2017 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate I, Chengalpattu.

2.Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that the main case in C.C.No.108 of 2017 itself has been disposed by the trial Court.

3.The submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) is recorded. In view of the above, no further orders are required to be passed in this petition. Therefore, this Criminal Original petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Criminal Miscellaneous petitions are closed.
