Respondent Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issue of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records of the impugned order dated 26.05.2014 in Proceedings No.ROCH/PCOS/1049/2014 dated 26.05.2014 passed by the respondent, quash the same and consequently direct the respondent herein to sanction all the retiral and terminal benefits of the petitioner to the petitioner within a time frame that may be fixed by this Hon'ble Court.
