ORDER

This petition has been filed to to relax the condition that the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court once in a week i.e. on every Monday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders imposed by this Court by way of order dated 24.03.2025 passed in Crl.M.P.No.5748 of 2025 in Crl.A.No.1446 of 2024. 2.

Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.

It is seen that while granting bail, this Court by an order dated 24.03.2025 passed in Crl.M.P.No.5748 of 2025 in Crl.A.No.1446 of 2024, imposed one of the conditions that the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court once in a week i.e. on every Monday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders. To relax the said condition, the petitioner filed the present petition.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the extent that the petitioner shall appear before the Trial Court once in a month i.e. on the first working day of every English Calendar month at 10.30 a.m., until the disposal of the Criminal Appeal 6.
