ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for direction directing the respondents 1 to 2 to consider the petitioner representation dated 22.01.2024 and 14.06.2024 to take appropriate action against third respondent to pay the monthly maintenance amount to the petitioner and or order eviction of 3rd respondent from petitioner premises at No.6/195, Rajaji street, M.G.R.Nagar, Agaram then, Tambaram Taluk, Chengalpattu District -600 126 and to pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period that may be specified by this Honourable Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ petition, the second respondent is directed to consider the representations submitted by the petitioner and pass orders to implement the order passed by the second respondent which was confirmed by the first respondent, forthwith.

4. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of.

Consequently, connected Miscellaneous petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
