Considering the limited prayer sought for, notice to the respondents is deemed unnecessary.

2. The petitioner seeks a direction for early disposal of E.A.No.227 of 2019 filed by the third parties under Order XXI Rule Rule 58 of the Code of Civil Procedure. The petitioner is the auction purchaser and the sale is his favour was confirmed as early as on 21.12.2017.

3. It is seen from the B-Diary extract that has been produced that the execution petition has been adjourned time to time without any progress.

4. Considering the same, there will be a direction to the Executing Court viz., I additional Sub-Court, Cuddalore to dispose of E.A.No.227 of 2019 within a period of six (6) months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.
