This petition has been filed to direct the Respondent police to register the F.I.R. on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner dated 28.03.2016 and enquire into the matter and file a report.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State. 3.It is submitted by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State that a case has been registered in Crime No.275/2016 under Sections 147, 294(B), 323, 355, 506(i) and 379 IPC on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner dated 28.03.2016.
