2. The petitioner seeks a direction for early disposal of E.A.No.64 of 2021 filed by him seeking delivery of possession. The petitioner is the auction purchaser and the sale is his favour was confirmed as early as on 21.12.2017. A perusal of the B-Diary extract shows that the execution petition filed by the petitioner seeking delivery has been adjourned time to time without any progress.
3. Hence, the Executing Court viz., I additional Sub-Court, Cuddalore is directed to dispose of E.A.No.64 of 2021 within a period of six (6) months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.
4. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs. 07.01.2022 dsa Index: No Speaking Order To The I additional Sub-Court, Cuddalore.
