This petition has been filed for extension of time for compliance of the conditional order passed Crl.M.P.No.10823 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.10907 of 2024 order dated 31.07.2024 for a further period of four weeks.

2. Heard both sides.

Considering the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) and the learned counsel for the Petitioner and the reasons stated in the affidavit that due to ill-health, he was unable to furnish the sureties within the time stipulated, this Court is inclined to grant the extension of time for a period of fifteen days. Accordingly, ordered.
