2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Public Prosecutor [Pondicherry] appearing for the respondent and perused the materials placed on record.

3. Learned Public Prosecutor submitted that with regard to the same allegation, this petitioner had already lodged a complaint on 04.08.2015, which was enquired into by the Inspector of Police, PCR Cell and closed on 09.10.2015 itself.

Recording the same, this petition is closed, with https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

liberty to the petitioner to workout her remedies in the manner known to law.
