This application has been filed to relax the condition in Para No.8(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.22416 of 2022 on 16.09.2022 to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is regularly complying with the condition.

3. Considering the above submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m until further orders.
