O R D E R

The Petitioner has filed the above Writ Petition to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the third respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 16.07.2016, within a time frame.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that though the petitioner has given the representation as early as on 16.07.2016, the same has not been considered by the respondents.

3. Mr.Maharaja, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents submitted that the second respondent may be directed to consider the petitioner's representation in accordance with law.

4. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned Special Government Pleader, taking into consideration the limited prayer sought for by the petitioner and without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 16.07.2016 on merits and in accordance with law and pass orders within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With these observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
