This petition has been filed under Section 372 of the Indian Succession Act XXXIX of 1925 for grant of Succession Certificate.

2. The first petitioner is the wife of the deceased Mr.Vinoth Kumar Bansal and other petitioners are the daughter and sons of the deceased. The deceased Mr.Vinoth Kumar Bansal died on 21.05.2021 and he has left the assets as shown in the schedule. Hence, the petitioners seek Succession Certificate.

3. The petitioners are the legal heirs. The first petitioner is examined as PW-1 and Exhibits P1 to P4 marked. Ex.P1 is filed to prove the death of Mr.Vinoth Kumar Bansal. Ex.P2 filed to prove the Legal Heir Certificate. Ex.P3 is the statement of accounts and nature of the assets left by the deceased. Ex.P4 is the savings bank passbook of the account held by Mr.Vinoth Kumar Bansal. Considering the fact that petitioners are the legal heirs and second to fourth petitioners have given consent to issue certificate

in favour of the first petitioner, petition is ordered as prayed for and a direction for grant of Succession Certificate in favour of the first petitioner with the power to collect the debts and to receive interest/accrued benefits specified in the schedule, is issued.
