Crl.MP.No.16141 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.17813 of 2022 A.D.JAGADISH CHANDIRA, J., This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.MP.No.13914 of 2022 in Crl.OP.No.17813 of 2022 dated 06.09.2022 that the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police on every Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 10.30am until further orders (If Monday, Wednesday and Friday is holiday, petiitoner shall report before the respondent police on next working day).

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seek for relaxation of the condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would also submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition.

4. In view of the above submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.MP.No.13914 of 2022 in Crl.OP.No.17813 of 2022, dated 06.09.2022 is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police on 1st and 3rd Monday of every month at 10.30am until further orders.

5. With the above direction, this criminal miscellaneous petition is ordered.
