This petition is filed for quashing the proceedings in C.C.No.152 of 2014 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Cheyyar, Tiruvannamalai District. 2.Today, both the petitioner, the second respondent and their respective counsel are present and identification of the parties have been verified by this Court. They filed a joint compromise memo stating that the matter has been settled amicably and hence the second respondent has no objection to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.152 of 2014.

3.Recording the joint compromise memo filed by the petitioner as well as the second respondent, the Criminal Original Petition stands allowed and the proceedings in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

C.C.No.152 of 2014 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Cheyyar, Tiruvannamalai District, is hereby quashed.
