..Respondent-3 in WP.No.28516 of 2021 Prayers: Petitions filed under Article 226 of The Constitution of India praying for (i)a Writ of Declaration declaring Section 3Gof the National Highways Act, 1956 to be impliedly repealed and violative of Articles 14 and 21 and therefore void under Article 13(2) of The Constitution of India (WP.No.28514 of 2021); and (ii)a Writ of Declaration declaring Section 3G(5) of the National Highways Act, and the consequent G.O.No.RW/NH/37011/47/ 2003/PCC dated 30.10.2003 to be violative of Articles 14, 21 and 50 of The Constitution of India (WP.No.28516 of 2021).
